"Wanting to be someone else is a waste of the person you are" - Marilyn Monroe

I am sure we have all wished that we could be someone else at some point or other in our lives, but for people that suffer with jealousy, resentment, depression, fear, and anxiety this becomes more than just a wish.

Did you know that

The UK's economy loses 70 million days and £70-100 billion annually through work related anxiety, stress and depression.

Up to 1 in 5 people feel a great deal of anxiety most or all of the time.

General Anxiety Disorder is responsible for 25% of anxiety in the over 50's but only a third receive treatment.

20% of students experience mental health difficulties while at university - Research from the National Union of Students (NUS).

1 in 8 youngsters between the ages of 10 and 15 reported symptoms of mental ill-health.

Most other therapies that seek to resolve these issues work through the conscious processes of the mind. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy because it works at the early part of the brain (the part before conscious awareness) to provide a rapid and permanent 'fix'.
