Keith ran his own successful business for over 20 years before training as a therapist — real life experience, not just clinical theory, sits behind the way he works with clients today.

In 2000 he trained at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis under the tutelage of Terence Watts MCGI, receiving a Diploma with Honours in Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2001, and has been helping people achieve their goals ever since.

The turning point came when Keith discovered the speed and power of BWRT® in 2015. He trained in Level 1 BWRT®, was on the first ever Level 2 Advanced Practitioner training course, and the first ever BWRT® Coaching Course, at Regents University in London. Since then, BWRT® has become his preferred methodology — providing rapid, solution-focused results through a strict protocol.

Keith is an Accredited Member of The Institute of BrainWorking Recursive Therapy MIBWRT(Acc.) and holds Full Membership of The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy MAPHP(Acc.). He is also a Mentor & Supervisor to other therapists, and carries full professional liability insurance.

Away from work, Keith is married with children and three grandchildren.
