LIVING WITH ANXIETY - The exhausting battle within!

So what is anxiety & why do we get it?

Anxiety can be triggered by anything that the brain perceives was or is a threat to us. It uses anxiety to steer us away from these ‘threats’ and will use as little or as much as necessary to do so. This protective mechanism works well when the fear is rational but can cause great distress when it’s irrational.

We are all born with only two fears, the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises, all other fears are ‘learned’ by our brains. And so just as our brains can ‘learn’ an anxiety, they can also ‘learn’ a new path without anxiety.

Can you relate to any of these comments...?

‘For goodness sake pull yourself together’;

‘I’m sure you’ll get over it’;

‘You don’t need medication’;

‘What have you got to be worried about at your age’;
‘Just be happier’;

‘Aren’t you too young to suffer with that’

‘Just put it to the back of your mind and get on with life’

I’m sure these comments are all too familiar but they confirm the ignorance about mental health problems and because there are no physical symptoms associated with anxiety, the problem is not seen as a real issue to many. However, the reality is starkly different for sufferers.

How can therapy help anxiety?

BWRT® is a very effective and natural therapy which provides a rational answer to an irrational problem by re-routing/rewiring old pathways in the brain and creating new pathways which provide a different response. Once the brain is ‘taught’ the new way, the anxiety just simply disappears because the brain recognises that it’s no longer necessary. There are no exercises or follow up work for clients to do once therapy is complete because the work is done at the early part of the brain before it reaches a conscious level.

Client Testimonials

“I contacted Keith as I’d been suffering with anxiety for over 10 years. Having had many different treatments such as counselling and hypnosis, none of which seemed to work, I was a little sceptical as to how BWRT would work.
After my first session things had changed dramatically and my friends and family noticed how much calmer and relaxed I was. My anxiety about certain situations wasn’t there anymore. It’s almost as if my anxiety has been switched off!
I’m so glad I came across this treatment and Keith is a pleasure to work with, welcoming, calming and very pleasant.
Cannot recommend this treatment enough!”

“I would just like to say again thank you so much for your help.  I suffered with severe anxiety for years, I could barely leave the house without having a panic attack. I went and saw Keith, and of course was very nervous. He made me feel really calm and talked through everything that was going to happen.  Immediately after one session I felt so positive about everything. I felt like a different person, and my friends and family can’t believe the change. I don’t even think about it now when I need to pop to the shops or meet up with friends.

This has completely changed my life and would recommend Keith to anybody.

Thank you again.”

BWRT® is taking the world by storm with its amazing results – mending lives by making changes.

It is not like anything that has been done before and is not a re-hash of any existing therapy models. BWRT® doesn’t use hypnosis or anything that might be considered to be mystical or unscientific – it is a science based, totally grounded methodology that deals with uncomfortable emotional or psychological triggers before you are even aware of them.

Most other therapies work on the response after it has been generated, requiring you to tell the practitioner what you’re thinking about – but with BWRT® the problem is dealt with ‘at source’, before it even gets to the conscious mind.
